Our ability to change is usually hampered by learned behaviour, If we want to be different, we usually convince ourselves this is impossible because we are scared, lack of self-belief or confidence, because we simply don't consider change as an option.

Mind Matters UK will help you to unlearn such self-limiting behaviour. We will teach you to think differently, to learn how to positively affect your and other people's behaviour at an unconscious level.

The following is an example of how a standard Mind Matters UK training day would go:


09.00: Coffee/Tea on arrival

09.30: Welcome, introduction and outline of the day

10.00: Part 1. Physiology.

Points covered:
  • Learn how to influence the views of others with your body language.
  • Understand how our own body language affects how we feel.
  • Use these skills in practical exercises to aid communication, build rapport and improve your own confidence and well being.

10.45: Coffee/Tea break and opportunity to ask questions.

11.00: Part 2. The Frame Game.

Points covered:
  • Find out the unique way that successful people "Frame" the things that happen in their lives and understand the profound effect this has on their confidence, motivation and achievement.
  • Learn how to apply this principle in your own lives to recover from set-backs and maintain motivation.

11.45: Part 3. Predicates and Process Words.

Points covered:
  • Discover how the specific words and phrases that people use give us priceless clues as to how best to communicate with them.
  • Learn how to adapt our own communication and presentations to appeal to everyone.
  • Understand how to "Speak their language."

12.30: Lunch

13.30: Part 4. More of the same or a change of scenery?

The afternoon can be used one of two ways, whichever would be of most benefit to your company/clients:
  • Learning more skills to complement the morning sessions to further improve communication, confidence and much more.
  • Practical application of skills on the golf course or practice ground with the opportunity to feel the benefits and to observe the progress of others.

15.30: Part 5. Final Review.

The final half hour will be utilised to sum up the days learning’s and ask any questions you may have.
